You're considering everything from Reiki, to Acupuncture, and from that new person that Susan raves about amputation?!

Things can be different and I'm going to show you how, because this not about fitness or exercise. This is about retraining how your brain controls your body movement patterns.


I wasn't always this Body Pain Miracle Worker with loads of happy clients talking about the magic powers of my methodology, because

  • I was the only person who'd helped them get out of decades-long pain
  • I was the single practitioner who'd taken the time to help them to understand why their hip always hurt and what to do about it,
  • My methods were so simple and effective that the process of healing was actually enjoyable and enriching all at the same time. 

In fact, I was just a Pilates Instructor, struggling to bring long-lasting freedom from pain to my clients who were coming to my classes. Often these clients were in class STILL in pain, but there on the back of a referral from well-meaning physios who didn't know how else to help, and after many months of manual therapy?!

And I quickly realised that no amount of core strength training, tone, or flexibility was helping them get out and stay out of a body that continued to hurt.

So I went looking for different ways to treat pain, heal all manner of physical dyfunctions, and bring a woman and her body back to balance.


And now I want to share those exact same methods with you.

But before I do that, let me talk about the REAL issue here because you aren't failing, but you have been failed!

Because this is what you've been told

  • Your nagging back pain is due to your weak core so sign up for Pilates classes
  • It's inflammation causing your Frozen Shoulder so time, lots of rest and anti-inflammatories are what you need.
  • Your foot hurts because your feet are not supported, so fork out for custom insoles and here's the number of a great podologist.
  • You have arthritis and so here's a (very long) list of movements to avoid or be very careful doing. So there goes your morning run and your only real you time in your day!
  • You're stressed, you're old, you're lazy, you're too fat, you're too thin, your eyes are orange and your tongue is black, and you have purple prickles all over your back?!

And I'm here to say, Yo! Humpty Dumpty, it's time to get up off the floor! You've had a fall, you're all shook up, but there's hope and you are fixable, because I can do what All The King's Horses, and All The King's Men couldn't!!


Physio Therapy will only get you so far because it treats the symptoms in a specific area, rather than actually treating the cause wherever that me be = you are stuck in a cycle of endless physio sessions for your right knee and little long-lasting relief! 

Stretching in Yoga, for example, or simply as a stand alone won't make you any more flexible because your body isn't stable or functional enough for it to feel safe enough to withstand the ranges of movement you're asking it to perform = no increase in flexibility, despite your best efforts!

Massage, whether it's deep tissue, myofascial etc, etc, whilst it you may feel great intially, isn't helping you to reduce your pain in the long term. This is because, more often that not, it pushes out the knots and tightness and you think yum, but those knots and tightness are often found in muscles that are already weak and under working and massaging them weaken them even further, = a fleeting episode of relief that comes before an increase in compensation, and often an increase in your pain symptoms, and you're back to feeling tired and old!

A single method won't capture all of the dysfunctions that have led to you feeling like you do. You have to take a multi-faceted approach, looking at you from head to toe, and from inside and out = you're left with an ineffective one-dimensional treatment plan that doesn't stick.

Among loads of other things that fly in the face of what you've been led to believe, and I want to teach you what the latest science says, and change what you think you know.
